It may seem like the new year is still a ways off, but it will be here before you know it. Now is the perfect time to plan for what you will do different and better in 2016. If you want 2016 to be a better year, you need to make changes. You cannot expect things to improve if you continue to do the same things in the same way. Do an honest analysis of what and how you and your company perform and determine where your weaknesses lie. Chart a course of action to shore up the areas of vulnerability and take some bold steps to make a concerted, positive move in a new direction. You can make 2016 the best year ever, but start now to plan on how you will make that happen.
